Disclaimer of Products & Prices

1. Availability on Stock Disclaimer– stating that products are subject to stock availability and may vary in appearance to product displayed on the site. The store reserves the right to refund, issue partial refunds or cancel sales.
2. Pricing Errors or Stock Errors– The store at its discretion reserves the right to provide you with said item or cancel the order of said item and is not obligated to provide said item at the erroneous price.
3. Confirmation of Order- This constitutes an offer from the Customer. The store reserves the right to accept the order, subject to stock availability and reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason seen acceptable by the store. Confirmation of the order does not constitute acceptance and only upon our communication of delivery of said order will constitute acceptance of your offer. We also reserve the right to refund the customer without providing a reason.
4. Cancellation- The Customer may cancel such order 24 hours before delivery of said item. The store reserves the right to refund the customer less costs incurred so far. Mambha cash and carry also reserves the right not to refund late cancellation of orders and the customer will still be liable for full purchase price of the item(s)
5. Payment– Mambha cash and carry Is not liable for the methods, manners and risks involved with payment either physically at the store or via an online medium. Such risks are solely the customer’s and Mambha cash and carry reserves the right to hold said items until proof of payment is received from the customer. Proof of payment by SMS’s will not constitute proof of payment.
6. Refund– Refunds will only be electronically processed. Refunds are subject to the provision of till slips by the customer. Refunds are limited to the items value. The store reserves the right to refuse refunds and any refund given is solely at the store’s discretion. The store further reserves the right to use its discretionary power and issue a store voucher instead of a refund.
7. Risk and ownership– Risk and ownership of the goods pass onto the customer upon receipt of goods by the Customer.
8. Warranty– Mambha cash and carry shall not issue any warranty on goods sold aside from the warranty’s provided to by the supplier.

Intellectual Property:

1. The content, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the website are owned or licensed by Mambha cash and carry and protected by intellectual property laws.
